I AM A SOLDIER

I am the one who puts my life on the line for you everyday I wear this uniform. I travel to far off lands with my brothers in arms to insure your rights and freedoms. I sleep in the worst conditions when I have time. I eat only when there's time. I hold the hand of the man laying next to me while he is dying. I crawl through mud, thicket, dirt, and jungles. I jump out of perfectly good airplanes. I train endlessly in the worst of conditions. I am there for your brother, son, cousin, and father when they need me the most.I even help you at home when there's an emergency. I put my family on hold and through some of the hardest times when I am called. I am willing to pay the ultimate price so you have the right to say what's on your mind, even if your words are against me. I AM A SOLDIER.....
