A poem about love affair gone bad.
Where were you at a quarter to ten.
I was up waiting for you to get in.
But six in the morning comes awful fast.
So I didn't wait up for your fat ass
You tell me you work late and can't be home
That leaves me with the kids to deal with all alone.
This marriage was until death we do part.
But you are slowly killing my heart.
Is that perfume that I smell on your shirt.
Don't look at me like a retarded jerk.
I know that another you now see
But where does that leave the kids and me
Don't get me mixed up with your downtown whore
I just finished packing your stuff by the door
Leave your key, your ring, your check
Now that you have left my life such a wreck.
I hope you are happy, I hope you are fine
Now that the car, the house and the money are mine.
