Spiral , self-loathing

Ride the spiral,
Down,Down,
Faster to the corners of the frown,

You're sinking,
But I am the one being pulled under,
My self-loathing heart will tear me asunder,

I swear I am not claustraphobic,
How do you find the middle ground?
The box is small, which is up, where is down?

I am a sheep in wolfs disguise,
Heavy are the shrouds on my eyes,
I may be blind to the fact that I cause my own demise.

Would life be easier to live on cemically told lies?
Round and round,
Futher screaming without a sound.

Feels an apology would be made in vain,
I am aging, regressing from elderlyness to youth,
I carry a heart full of love in plain truth.

I think of you, and the dead things stir,
I think of me and wish the wind would move the dirt,
I am the one who makes me hurt.

So, ride the spiral,
Down, Down,
Your the only way to reach the end of the frown.
