This is the story of a girl missing the love and presence of her father
Of the search for him
how he couldn't attend
a birthday party or a laugh
a sigh and a mournfull cry
There you were supposed to love me
and you owe me a smile
There you are holding back
I'm worth the while
months,years, seconds,
and minutes
I'll keep going and never finish
here I'm trying to replenish my life
but something filthy stained me alright
a daddy who never,
said goodnight!
