Writing what I observe. It's interesting what one can write!
Creature Comfort

Little did I know
That a man among the races
Would have lived for one more day
After taking all the cases

Of a meaningful recant
Full of images long past
Of a time when love was simple
And not hindered by a cast

"Look at me" she said to him
But he's blinded by the ages
Remembering the song
Brings a shadow to his pages

Like a flower in the breeze
Not much has to keep on changing
Just the seasons all around you
And your thoughts all rearranging

Simple time, simple place
Just a space up on the windshield
Looking out at all that's there
Soaking up all of the appeal

Just begin, just the end
Who can wait for such an action
But beginnings not so hard
When you're as small as a fraction
