What do you think about interactives with lots of choices but no story?
Poll Question:
If you enjoy interactives like me, I'm sure you've run across stories like this. The story will start out with a choice of characters to begin with in the first four slots, then in the last one it will say some one else. People can choose a character of their own as long as the second choice is something else. I've been running into some where the choices go for over 20 chapters long but no one has actually written a story for any of them. Personally I find this irritating, but I'd like to know what you think. Should the creator or an adder put characters up and then not write about that character?
Poll Options:
Only the creator should make choices without writing a story for it yet. Its his/her story
Everyone should be able to add choices
Adders should be allowed to add choices, they might not like to write but want to hear about a certian character
If someone adds a choice, then they should at least write the first chapter.
If some one adds a choice they should treat it like their own story and continue to add on for a while
There shouldn't be add a character chapters, there are enough choices in the beginning
I have no opinion on this matter
