About a girl who is beat down and beat up, and after a long battle is giving up.
Pink and purple polka dots.
Push me down the stairs.
Gold and green and in between,
Frozen and impaired.
Make some sense of it already,
Stop being so fucking scared.

What now my little girl?
Smart eyes and bright skies,
Give a little back, look inside her world.
Care to share your secrets?
Reveal your little heart?
The color created catastrophe,
It’s tearing us apart.

Stripes and stars and spangles,
Which direction is this going?
I’m trying to solve a mystery,
But the mystery keeps growing.
And everyday is all the same,
Everywhere I turn.
Be happy little fucker,
I’ll never ever learn.

Waves goodbye,
Tries not to cry,
With oceans on her mind.
Sugar, sunshine all the time,
Nothing ever so divine.

Heaven’s just a rope away,
As orange ships proceed.
This may not make much sense to you,
It’s not an easy read.
For easy is underrated,
And this girl’s got no one left.
If life was a casino,
She’d throw it in one bet.
Poker face uncanny,
But dealt a fucked up hand.
A two, a four, a seven, a ten,
You’ll never understand.
She folds, she’s cold,
She’s innocent.
She’s innocent he cries.
But one too many scandals,
One too many lies.

Stars fall down from outer space,
Buildings, they collapse.
But irony and jealousy,
It lingers, it entraps.
Elegance post modern,
Diamonds turn to coal.
The engines roaring,
The wheels keep rolling,
But it’s all just getting old.

The blacks and grays,
They spread their haunting, flaunting dark.
And the fires, oh they will destroy,
Who needs a fucking spark.
So say goodnight to color,
Hello to old fashioned classics.
She can’t stand it anymore,
The fakes, the lies, the plastics.
Goodnight my precious polka dots,
Covered up by too loose clothes.
Good night,
Good bye,
Good anything.
The last day she ever rose.
