I heard it happened in London.
Big Bang

I once had a cosmic egg,
Cooling in my fridge.
He grew twelve spiderly legs,
And rambled to London bridge.

I steered him to a quiet pub,
Yearning for soup quark.
He yodeled to a sweet cub,
then sadly, split, and croaked.

I saw a lonesome proton,
Humming with a dog.
She captured an electron,
and pranced into the fog.

I thought she was quite simple,
Unchanging, forever cool.
Her face not even a pimple,
though inside there was a zoo.

We’ll never know about this,
Looking back in time.
The quest is for a genius,
though not so this silly rhyme.
