While you are sleeping

Sitting here thinking as I watch the stars in the sky tonight
Missing you and wishing I was in your arms , you holding me so tight

I lay my head slightly on you so I hear your heart beat slowly in your chest
Its such a steady , peaceful sound it helps me relax and rest

I watch your chest as it rises and falls with every breathe you take
I feel your muscles slightly tighten up with every move you make

Seeing your eyes as they rapidly move your lost within a dream
By the smile on your face its a nice one or thats how it would seem

I really hate to see daybreak and the night time fade away
We have to get up and right here in your arms is where I wish to stay

Well now it is out , you now know my secret I hope you keep
