Being Sad Sucks


being sad sucks

the only thing you think about

is that one certain thing

that is tingling in your gut



you try to change your mind

you try to forgett about it

but you cant help but think

that to your own self your lying



you listen to music

you watch tv

but its no use

its his face you see



every little thing

reminds you of what used to be

those very precious memories

to which your heart still clings



you anxiously await

for you guys to talk

but you still havent talked

not to this date



you smile at everything

that reminds you of back then

but you cry at that picture

that you cant help but fling



when will this stop

when will this terminate

until then ill hold on

to those memories and wait
