R.I.P Glen Edward Lloyd Sept 4th 2005
You said you would raise, and care for me.
Instead when I awake, my mother is the only one there for me...
They say you were suppose to teach me to be a man.
But to this day you've left me with so many questions that I will never understand.
Are you a father or foe?
These days the mirror is my enemy...
It’s hard to see when these tears continue to blind me.
How could you extinguish my dreams, before they even became a flame?
For the pain in my childhood I cast upon you the blame.
Are you a father or foe?
I wish you and my mother would never have met.
Somedays I prayed that you would have protected yourself when you had sex.
Because the pain you've inflicted upon us we shall never forget.
I used to hope, and pray that one day, I would be able to see you.
Now I hope and pray that I will never see or become anything like you.
Are you a father or foe?
No need to reply because the answer I already know...
FOE.
