Old Age is viewed as a sad time by many with the right attitude it can be a memorable time
Old Age is viewed as a time when you’re not sure about what tomorrow holds for you. It’s a lonely time as most of your peers have passed on. It can be painful as a lot of ailments find your body to be an opportune tool to invade. In many cases your memory dwindles and suddenly you see many familiar faces but can recall very few names.
After watching my grandparent’s age I thought long and hard about what they had gone through before they passed, and decided that I would make sure that when I grew old I would make it the most memorable time of my life. This is dedicated to them:

I look forward to getting old as I will be able to lift my purple and yellow dress in public and scratch when I get the urge to

I look forward to getting old as I can pretend not to know people when I don’t feel like getting bothered

I look forward to getting old as I can feign ignorance and a mental block when I’m caught doing something I have no right doing

I look forward to getting old as I can smoke my cannabis and when questioned say “ its for the cataracts” while I puff away

I look forward to getting old as I can spit my food under the table when it does not taste right and get away with it

I look forward to getting old as I can propose to every cute young man I see and not feel embarrassed

I look forward to getting old as I can teach my grandchildren curse words and when the parents ask feign ignorance

I look forward to getting old as I can cross the road whenever I feel like it, wherever I feel like it and wave my cane to those who honk

I look forward to getting old as I can squat in any corner I want to relieve myself and not care that anyone is looking at me
I look forward to getting old as I can revert back to my childhood and enjoy every minute of it.
