life is never eternal
it was never meant to be
i loved life more than ever
now death has claim on me

now i regret all those decisions
choices that brought hurt and pain
all those things i never realized
actions i can no longer explain

now i rue words i said when
i spoke in anger, in pain
when rage clouded my mind
and revenge i had to obtain

now i understand your choices
that you had made for me
back then when i only blamed
here i can only agree

now i miss your everything
the way you made me feel
when we weren't fighting or arguing
everything now seems surreal

here in nowhere where nothing exists
i regret, i rue, i understand
but time stops, nothing can change
nothing goes like planned.
