Mermaid
I am not who you think I am
And for this I am damned.
I want to be with you, but I cannot.
I live below in the world of dark.
Not belonging to either group,
Yet somehow I love you.
My world is dark and mysterious.
Your world is light, yet serious.
You will never truely know me.
So here I am still lonely.
Our love has no consistency
You up there and me in the sea...
I live in the mysterious dark.
I want to be with you but I cannot.
