Run and did hide, Those fool-hearted men, As the figure approached My form yet unmoving
What a day was this,
Fine as any before,
That should dare to think
Of unhappiness sound.

For today as I see
Walk, think, and do,
Much unfolds to the eye
That hath not seen unto.

For dare I to voice,
an opinion of such
Sound and benevolence,
Seen not before this.

And do as I may
So see as I do,
For the things that unfold,
Come crashing anew.

Look to the sky!
Where some hath revealed
A figure of sorts,
Who heed not the rules.

And down in his hand,
That strikes fear into men,
A bolt of such size,
That cowards they are then.

Run and did hide,
Those fool-hearted men,
As the figure approached,
My form yet unmoving.

And thought of my death,
Flashed as lightning surrounds me,
For a god of such strength,
I must take but a knee.

The wind it did circle,
And air it did die,
As the bolt kept on coming,
alive in the night.

For when he did speak,
A thought came up'n me,
As I knelt at his might,
He spoke right up to me.

Aghast as I was,
I held my tongue fast,
For this god was such,
That disrupting did not.

When he finished his piece,
With such grace might I add,
The men burst out crying,
From the sound of the words.

And yet I held fast,
Watching the mighty god retreat,
For he said his full duty,
And listening did mine I do.

When once calm the sky was,
Again like before,
I stood up to think,
Of the words I just herd.

And then hit me it did,
On that fair eastern coast.
