Thoughts and feelings of a special time together

A night in town

We walk in the city arm in arm, the world is our playground.
Our steps match in perfection, we beat to the same drum

We search for that special café, something quiet with candles.
Words are not a necessity; our eyes tell us the answer.

We share our meals, a little taste of heavan.
Conversation is inquisitive; we want to know everything about
each other but afraid to ask.
The drinks make us playful; we wish the table didn’t separate us.

We return to the streets wanting to hold each other again.
Window shopping with no intensions, looking to see what each other likes.
All our surroundings enhance our night, but none are necessary.

Being with each other is all that matters, sharing our touch, our kisses.

Stopping by the park for a hug, we are separated from the world for that brief
moment.

So secure together in each others arms nothing could separate us.

We want the night to last forever, but the shopkeepers won’t hear of it.

If one night can be so wonderful think of a lifetime together, it’s almost
unimaginable.
