step-child need i say more
She draws them in through her deception.
Simply evil from conception.
Ugly, little, nasty brat.
Belly full of blubbery fat.
Venomous, demonic, slithering snake.
Never giving, she always takes.
Masterful in her manipulations,
And I'm vastly approaching my loss of patience.
From the depths of hell she rose,
Now on Earth her heart has froze.
She lacks a conscience or a single care,
As inside of me the anger flares.
I long to simply shut the door.
Long to see her, never more.
But yet again I hear that knock,
And all my longing is for naught.
I see that flash in those devil eyes,
For I am the object of her despise.
I cringe, I shutter, I long to be,
Far, far away from thee.
As I hear that shrilling tone,
I beg to be left all alone.
But she follows and begrudges me,
A sinlge moment of sanity.
At last I crawl back into bed,
Thankful that the day has come to an end.
Then her father turns to me,
"Tomorrow will be better, you'll see."
I close my eyes and drift far away,
For I know tomorrow will be just like today.
