Keeping Track!

Woo! You've had a busy couple months (years?) and have a ton of entries in contests around the site. How do you keep track of it all? Did you know WDC has a handy-dandy tool to track your submissions called My Submissions in the My Account list?

You can use this tool to track your entries in WDC contests and also when you send out submissions to outside publications. The form has instructions on how to store the information and if you have any questions you can ask them in "Technical Support ForumOpen in new Window.. Enter the information in each relevant section and make your notes in Section 4. Then store the submission!

This helps you track what you've sent out, when you sent it and replies when you get them. This not only helps you track the submissions but which items you've sent out. When looking for publications to sent your items out, you can use this quick reference to see what you have available for submission.

When looking at submissions to WDC contests, once the contest is over, you can drop your item back into the submission pool and continue on. This item is available to all levels of membership, so give it a try!

This month's question: Do you use My Submissions? Do you find it helpful? Send in your answer below! *Down* Editors love feedback!

TheBusmanPoet Author Icon: Yes, stay out of the sun. {e:Shock2*\} But there will be some writing involved. *Smile*

HollisFrances Author Icon: Work a part-time seasonal job, ride my single-speed bike, and swim at the YMCA daily. Play golf with my son. Spend as much time as possible with my grandchildren. And, Oh, do some research for my next writing project.

Conrad Moriarty Author Icon: The beach as many times as possible. Some travel. BBQ's. Good times *Cool*

Friendly Neighborhood Derg Author Icon: There's a 104 days of summer vacation and then school comes along just to end it.
So the annual problem of our generation is figuring out how to spend it.
Like maybe...

(God I loved Phineas & Ferb when it was on DisneyXD

N.A Miller Author Icon: to stay cool in Phoenix, AZ, between May 1 to October 31... average temps 110+ is in the beginning, then around the mid 100's in June - August when the monsoons are supposed to be.

I would also like to get into the habit of writing everyday. I need to make my fashion reselling business one of my top priorities.

paroem Author Icon: Get a job, volunteer at my local shelter, and learn a new martial art.

Mousethyme Author Icon: With all the health issues I have and the severe case of writer's block it is a good enough task just to keep up with my journals.

Jellyfish Author Icon: Get a tan?

S 🤦 Author Icon: Considering summer ended 2 weeks ago, it's a little bit too forward-thinking to be looking at goals for the end of the year.

Viking1Pro8 Author Icon: See Romeo and Juliet at the Guthrie, which my 8th grade friend is doing crew or stage management on.

jackson Author Icon: Cool off, whenever I can.

Tannus Author Icon: Yes. Avoid work and finally go on a vacation.

Thanks to everyone for your replies and I hope your summer plans happen! L~
