You asked for a review of this piece, so I'll give you one. That being said, looks like a sample, or intro, to something bigger.

You have someone named Jack Horson waking up, and it's quite clear that they come from a rather weird family based on actions and comments. This seems to be just the beginning of his day though.

More description could be used - 15 sisters..... how did that happen? Several sets of twins or triplets? Mass adoption?

Spelling and Grammar
Grammar could use a bit of work, and beginning of sentences need to be capitalized.
