I love flowers, so your "A Ring of Flowers" title drew me in and I clicked and read your poem and enjoyed it greatly, so I decided to give you a review as a little anniversary gift. Happiest anniversary wishes to you and best wishes on your writing future too! I loved your "A Ring of Flowers" poem so much. It was full of emotion, especially love,as well as a wide variety of flowers, and symbolism. The ending brought tears to my eyes. You employed poetic devices in a touching and beautiful way. I wasn't sure if this was a standard form or one that you made up, but I liked how you used the ring of flowers and forever as beginning and closing elements for each stanza. I can't pick a favorite line. The whole poem was lovely! I thought you did a great job with the prompt for the Writer's Cramp and hope you won the contest for that day. If you didn't, the competition must have been mighty impressive. Your watercolor image of a floral wreath in the thumbnail picture was perfect for this poem about love through the years with a ring of flowers. I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your "A Ring of Flowers" poem. I thought the nature, romance / love, and regional genres you selected for this poem were appropriate matches for it. I liked that you included your word count below your poem, and that you made them smaller so it was obviously a notes section and not part of the poem. I also liked that you mentioned the contest and date (as it's a daily contest) in the description.IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER: In the spirit of helpfulness, and because of the requirements of a new reviewing challenge I joined recently, I have one little suggestion to make your piece stronger. I don't know how long it took me to start doing that, but once I did, readers responded favorably. CONCLUSION:  I enjoyed reading your "A Ring of Flowers" poem, and empathized with your sentiments that you expressed in it. Forever really isn't long enough for true love.
