As to your poem, I love how it starts off with the meaning of Christmas being lost in the glitter. It sums up the overcommercialization of Christmas in a single line.

I have to say, I wasn’t sure what to think of you not pairing lines six and eight with the rhyming scheme, but instead paring lines six and ten. But after reading it out loud a few times, I found it worked beautifully. All in all, a wonderful poem. Thanks for sharing!
