Ah, running and exercise - the way in which one gets into shape. Sometimes the real trick is to just start moving, and try to go for like a mile or so, without stopping. Having a small goal helps - get to the first goal, and then the second, then the third, and so on. Every little bit gets us towards that which we want. After a while, we might get to our overall goal.
