I thought you did a great job with the atmosphere and visceral description in this short piece. It's only a short paragraph, but you managed to fit a lot of sensory details and impact into such a short piece.


Suggestions

While not an issue with the piece itself, I noticed that this item is listed as "poetry" and it might be better classified as "prose" or something similar.
