This is such a beautiful, heartfelt and sincere poem, I love it. The flow and rhythm carries us along as you describe your experience with tears and finding love and joy in the pain. Your faith in the Lord is deep and helps you heal from the things which cause tears of sadness. He turns your tears into those of joy, just as is promised in Scripture.

You may want to submit this to a few contests around here, but the ones I know of which accept previously written items are closed at the moment. You can always write something new for "The Newbie Poetry Award" Open in new Window., which usually has a prompt. I see you have great talent and a beautiful spirit which shines through your work.

I would recommend using Size 4 Verdana font and perhaps centering the text to ensure it takes its rightful position on our screens, which are usually buzzing with activity on the sidebars. You’ve chosen all three genres, which is good. That helps people find your work when browsing. You’ve also added a cover art, which helps it stand out from other items. I don’t really have any suggestions for improvement here, especially seeing how personal it is.
