Happiness - it's easy to make others happy, but making ourselves happy can be tricky. One can put on the face of happiness, but still feel sad. So, how to make one's self feel happy? Sometimes watching a movie will do the job - like some ridiculous over-the-top horror movie that feels more like horror-comedy (such as Maximum Overdrive - got to laugh at it). Othertimes, a song or a book does the job. I hope that you find what makes you happy.
