Ah, recess - the time that all kids at school look forward to, second only to leaving for the day. I enjoyed recess - I wish that High School had it. Honestly, I think that there needs to be adult-sized playgrounds, just so adults can just unleash their inner kid. It's a way to unwind, burn off some energy without being forced to do so. More of that is needed.
