There are days and times where all feels dark and full of sorrow. Something bad happened, which we cannot forget. Our once favorite weather and places can even be tarnished by this darkness. Even talking to friends and doing favorite activities can feel like a chore. However, we must look to see what makes us happy, if we wish to get out of this mess, if we wish to smile again.
