The first thing I noticed as I plowed through this surprisingly long rundown is that it appears to be crafted by AI such as ChatGPT. The tidiness of the arrangement, with multiple short subheadings and separations, as well as the generalized statements and constant repetition of words like “trust,” “manipulate,” “confrontation” and “conflict” were some hints. So I dropped the first 1200 words of your 3000-odd document into the QuillBot AI detector and it came back 96% AI generated.

Now, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, especially when you’re simply trying to sort out and organize a list of characters in a novel. I would warn you, however, to avoid using AI to generate large parts of your actual novel. It’s a trap for lazy people, and other members of this site very much frown on it. Sometimes English language learners write their chapters in their own language and have the AI translate them for us, with proper announcements of such at the beginning of their items. I just helped out someone recently who did that.

I’m sorry, this probably wasn’t the kind of review you were expecting. But I need to let you know that people can tell, and there are tools for finding out, AI generated content. So be aware and don’t take advantage of other people’s reviewing efforts by allowing them to assume a novel chapter or whatever you might post is truly your own… unless it is.

Now, as for the concept and the set of characters… splendid idea. There’s tons of potential here for a cyberpunk sci-fi thriller with complex character arcs and people we want to root for all around. I don’t see that anyone is a cardboard “villain,” and that’s great. You’ve set yourself up with a big project, and it looks like a lot of fun as well as a good bit of elbow grease. What was the original question you asked me… *Laugh* This is a bit long and tedious to read, if you’re planning to leave it up. I would recommend at the very least using the editor tiles above the text entry box to set the font to Size 4 Verdana, which would give a more open and engaging look. But if it’s mostly for your own reference, it’s just fine.
