This is a fine write. Right away I think you are much younger tan me because I remember so well when I was young and there was no snoopy but I to had my favorite character. The rhythm is fine in each and every line.. I read it over twice just because I liked it. No other reason I could see a small boy that was a friend of snoopy's.
