The poet wants to draw an image of nature when the lightning storm takes place. The scenarios are dangerous but the beauty of it can't be denied. After long hot and humid conditions, Mother Nature tries to get rid of from that damp and sweats from her body.
A beautiful description of the scary beauty of nature.
Nice artistry.
