Summer - a time of heat and hot days. As the temperature rises, so do tempers. Folks often wonder what will happen. Will this Summer be that tipping point towards a Civil War, or will it just be another Summer, where folks cool off at a swimming hole, and enjoy picnics in the shade of a tall tree? One never knows.
