People like to think about their mothers. In this case, this person had two - the one that gave birth to them, and the other who adopted them. It seems that the birth mother was too young to be a parent, and the other was willing to give the child a chance. This is something that could be useful out there - to locate those who are willing to take on the roll of being a parent. However, they are not easy to find, due to a number of reasons.

I don't see any issues with spelling or grammar.
