*CakeB* HAPPY WDC ACCOUNT ANNIVERSARY FROM "Anniversary ReviewsOpen in new Window.*CakeP*

Hello, Jody!

INITIAL IMPRESSION / OVERVIEW:
*Bulletg* Wow! This is a fantastic outline for teaching a cozy mystery class.

*Bulletg* You kept me riveted and I read straight through to the end.

MORE DETAILED FEEDBACK:

*Bulleto* Happy Writing.Com Anniversary day and month! I floated around your port and settled on this fun item to review. I hope you enjoy this review as a celebration of your time here and find the review uplifting. *Heart*

*Bulleto* You made me want to take this class. I hope you offer it here someday! *Bigsmile* I read cozy mysteries but haven't written one yet. At least I don't think so. I've written some romantic suspense stories though.

*Bulleto* I haven't, however, watched any of the shows you cited, so I was glad you included a link to one of them in the drop down menu.

*Bulleto* I loved the extra information in the drop down menu. I'm guessing that you intended to provide that for each of the lessons but something interfered with you doing so?

*Bulleto* It looks like you developed seven full weeks of ideas for your cozy mystery novel class, including an introduction class and a "putting it all together" class, bringing everything full circle. Great organization on this piece! I wondered if you've taught any writing classes before? Surely you taught some other classes in the Army and in your other experiences. I hope these great organization skills follow through to help you with the rest of your travel too. *Smile*

*Bulleto* My favorite part was this: "Pick 4-5 clues and 1-2 red herrings to use in your cozy mystery" because I wouldn't have actually guessed those numbers to be the ones we'd want to aim for in our cozy mystery book writing. Interesting! I guess after I read my next cozy mystery that I really enjoy, I should re-read it and break it down into elements like this.

*Bulleto* I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your cozy mystery novel class outline.

*Bulleto* I thought the genres you selected were perfect for this cozy mystery novel class outline of yours.

*Bulleto* I wondered what your favorite cozy mystery books to read are? There's this magical book store series that I like. I forget the author's name, but I followed her so I get notices when she publishes new books. I find that very convenient. *Smile*

*Bulleto* This isn't relevant to this piece in particular, but it is relevant to your anniversary. You contribute so very much to this site, Jody! You really make it a better place. From welcoming everyone new to the site and encouraging people to use the community news feed, to writing moderator newsletters, to hosting the Contest Challenge and Whatever Contest and being the most prolific Snail Mail member ever since you started traveling (I'm just guessing, but I'd be surprised if it weren't true!), to hosting our JEP challenge and everything else, you do raise spirits here greatly! You also educate people and do great book reviews and your Contest Challenge helps so many contests around here (including two of mine!). Thank you so much for being wonderful you and doing all you do! And thank you even more for your personal friendship and prayers. I'm so glad and thankful that we met in person! And all because of your beautiful, godly, encouraging presence here on Writing.Com!

IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER:
I would love to have something great to share here, but (other than completing the drop down menus, which I mentioned above) I think it's wonderful as it is. Well done! *Clap*

CONCLUSION:
*Bulletv* You have a great writing style and I greatly enjoyed reading your outline and imagining taking this class with you sometime in the future. *Bigsmile*

*Bulletv* Thank you for sharing your time, creativity, heart, spirit, and writing with the Writing.Com community! I hope you have the happiest anniversary ever! *Heart* And am praying for safe travels for you. *Pray*

May love, joy and peace be yours in abundance!
PWheeler
