Hello, Tracker!

INITIAL IMPRESSION / OVERVIEW:
*Bulletg* I enjoyed your blog post about ideas.

*Bulletg* You kept me riveted and I read straight through to the end. Great way to grab my attention and keep it.

MORE DETAILED FEEDBACK:

*Bulleto* I loved the poem at the top of your blog post. It felt fun, fresh and snappy. I think it's important for writers to realize that ideas are everywhere. There's no special magic time or place to write. We can write anytime and ideas can flow anytime and inspiration can hit at any time too.

*Bulleto* Doing nothing is an interesting concept. How much time a day is recommended, exactly, I wondered? An hour? Two? More? Less? I can totally see that our brains could need "some time each day letting go of the cognitive brain to let the subconscious have a turn." I personally do try to take some quiet time during the day. I think it helps me sleep better. Not necessarily doing nothing. But, like you said, going for a walk is doing something, but not working. For me, walking is refreshing down time with the bonus of it being cardiovascular exercise.

*Bulleto* I find this to be true too: "Important to me was the report that people over 65 don't like to do "nothing," many working past the generally accepted retirement age." Most people don't really want to do "nothing." I think we're happier (as humans) when we are working towards a dream or cause bigger than ourselves, or at least doing something that makes us or someone we love happy.

*Bulleto* I noticed your 2024 Quill Award Winner image and want to congratulate you again on your Quill awards! Well done! *Clap*

*Bulleto* I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your blog post.

*Bulleto* I liked that you not only corrected your mistake but left it crossed out. It shows a beautiful humbleness and willingness to learn.

*Bulleto* Are you wondering why I picked this item to review today? I had to review something to keep my streak going and I couldn't remember if I had given you a review during your anniversary month. I sure meant to do so. Time does seem to fly... so just to be sure you got a review from me this year, I wanted to review something you wrote this month. And I decided that today was the day. I perused your portfolio and the poem in this blog post caught my eye and then I found myself reading the whole thing so here we are. *Smile* I hope you enjoyed this review and found it encouraging and uplifting!

IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER:
I would love to have something great to share here, but I think it's wonderful as it is.

CONCLUSION:
*Bulletv* You have a personable writing style and I enjoyed reading your blog post. Well done! *Clap*

*Bulletv* Thank you for sharing your time, heart, spirit, and writing with the Writing.Com community!

May love, joy and peace be yours in abundance!
