Greetings with another review for the 2024 round of I Write I’m glad it’s a brief item this evening; I’ve had a rough day and I wasn’t sure I’d have time to hunt down something worth reading for my weekly review badge, until I remembered I need to get my I Write in. Your brief rumination on the importance of rocks and crystals in your life is very interesting, as we can see the peace and comfort they provide by their presence and the deeper meaning you find within them. I am also a lover of gemstones and crystals, though I have a tendency to be dubious about their healing properties. The scientific viewpoint could be that everything emits waves, and gems and crystals have certain wavelengths that have some as-yet unstudied properties. Even on a simple level, the rocks have stories merely connected to where we found them and what we were doing at the time. I have found rocks across the southeast US, come to think of it… they’re mostly packed away in storage these days. I find little to criticize about your piece, unless perhaps it’s a bit too short. If you wanted you could tell a little story of some kind. But it’s not necessary. Maybe naming a couple of the crystals: amethyst, quartz, etc. You’ve used good font size and formatting here, making it easy to read. Thanks for sharing, take care and keep writing - and get well soon My review has been submitted for consideration in "Good Deeds Get CASH!" .
