An Angel Army Review

Hi Kathleen Cochran .

I'm Polter-JACE: Cruising ... , and I have the honor of reading and reviewing your offering "An Immaculate House Isn't My Style, which I found on the Read& Review feature.

I invite your attention to the comments below. Please bear in mind these notes are from one on the outside looking in; ultimately only you can decide what's right for your story.

*Note1*
Overall Impression. Your title intrigued me; I had to read your offering. What might cause someone to utter those words?

You mention doing the same tasks repeatedly reminds me of that saying: Insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again, but expecting different results.

Being a list-maker, I like that you itemized your "attempt to clean" tasks. I especially identify with #2--making the bed in our house is often the only thing done daily in the bedroom.

I suspect everyone who reads this offering resonates with your list.

Perhaps your final bit of advice is why I now have to assemble the portable greenhouse that my wife just bought.

Technical and Editorial Considerations. In this section I normally list those areas that relate specifically to the mechanics of your writing--punctuation, grammar, spelling, etc.

*Bullet* I noted no issue with the actual writing mechanics. However, your choice of font and the larger size WITHOUT a corresponding line spacing change made your offering very hard for me to read. I'd recommend an increased line spacing. The double spacing of the paragraphs was perfect.

*Thumbsup*
Favorite Part. My wife does pay a housekeeper and she and I are of two minds on this following subject: I wouldn't pick up (that's why the housekeeper is coming); my wife makes me. *Shock*

For one thing, my husband and children would actually pick up their stuff if they knew the housekeeper was coming the next day.

*Star* My Rating.  4.5

*Heart*
Thank you for sharing this offering. Please accept these comments as offered in friendship and support. They are but my humble opinion.
