First I pray for the departed soul of the writer to God for eternal peace.
If we read the letter carefully, we will find three main objectives of this writing. What are they?
First, she was a true Cancer Hater who saw the bad effects of Cancer mainly breast cancer.
Secondly, cancer affects us due to the lack of awareness. The awareness is growing nowadays but the pace is slow. The author wanted that should be spread more rapidly.
Thirdly, Science can do a lot of miracles. So, the writer hoped that science would control the disease and the day would be far away. She believed that. The hint is here.
Overall, a great thoughtful artistry. But we will never see her new creation. It is a great loss for us.
