It is indeed a good non-fiction. There is no doubt about it. We often feel some guilt, both knowingly or unknowingly. Through the gathered experiences, the narrator can understand that it may happen but it is very much rectifiable.
As an example, the teller gives the example of the self-love. A misunderstood take place with the lover. That was unintentional but happened. The breakup took place. After sharing the incident, he felt that it was not impossible to repair that fault.
My humble suggestion is to continue your those feelings with us from your experience.
It is a lovely beginning.
Keep writing.
