It is indeed a very important article about our health issue. There is no doubt about it. We, general people, know well that meditation is good for our health. But, a maximum number of people do not know the actual reason behind it. That is discussed here in this article. So we should read it carefully.
Why do we do meditation? The reasons are many. Mainly, to decrease stress, improve our focus, emotional regulation, pain relief and some other purposes. Therefore, we must start this immediately. But how? That is described here.
There are a lot of unknown but essential things. My humble suggestion is to enlighten those facts.
It is an ideal beginning.
