Hello Triv and Happy WDC Anniversary!

I found your story whilst looking for items to review for "The WdC Birthday Challenge!!! CLOSED" 

I thought this was an interesting story, and very imaginative too. I could not see where the story was going as I read it. I like your writing style and the description in the story which the man in the club is telling. I like the idea of the insects having a debate, that is a nice description.

The story the man seems to be telling is one of an alien encounter and the audiences intrigue matches the readers, although I was a bit confused at the end as it seems that the man has just lost a shoe and sock and is trying to get replacements, which makes me wonder why he is telling a story in a club which people are listening to

The fact that the last line is in bold makes me think it was a prompt.

Suggestion - in this line here, I think you may mean "evolve" rather than involve??

"Despite centuries of watching you involve"

In conclusion, I liked the description and language in your story, and the idea of an alien encounter although I did not think the plot made a lot of sense in the end, but perhaps this was intentional or could just be me!
