"What if the Powerpuff Girls were adults?" This is an interesting idea, and one I do wish was actually made. Despite that, this is a good 'what if' with plenty of different options. I especially like how you allow us to follow the life of one, two, or all three Girls. However, I do what some suggestions.

Suggestion: One of the genres you have is 'other' which isn't a genre. I would suggest either "family" as they are sisters, or "erotic" due to the story itself. By change to either of the options I have given will help people find your story easier.
