| (4.0)| Hello Igor Skoglund  This is a review on behalf of "Angel Review Forum" [ASR] This is only my views. Please use or discard as you're comfortable with.   This was an interesting read, and I learned of a new artist (to me). I wasn't familiar with the name, Bilal, so I looked him up. It was nice to find it was based on a true artist and story.  Title and Description - I adore the title. It definitely caught my attention and inspired me to read on. Since I was not familiar with the name Bilal, the description did not click with me. For your to-be readers who aren't familiar with Bilal, maybe add to your description: How the real-life artist Bilal, inspired others. OR The real-life connections to artist, Bilal. Something along those lines.   Theme/Subject Matter:- Artists most assuredly inspires other artists. We see it every day at WDC! The way writers inspire other writers. It's amazing how all artists can glean their inspiration from others, yet still make their work their own.   Characters - You did a great job with showing us how Maya derived inspiration from Bilal.Is Maya the only name she is known as? When I think of an artist, Maya, it's Maya Angelou. Is there an artist known only as Maya? Also, it would be nice to clarify who Bilal is even in a couple of added sentences in your writing.  Originality/Creativity:- I like that you wrote about two true life artists, and how Bilal had lit the muse of many others. My Suggestions - You should use all three genre categories. It's a great way to draw in more readers. One of the first things I did was to check if this was a story or nonfiction. So one of the categories should definitely be nonfiction. The other could be inspirational. Summary: I enjoyed reading your writing. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. KEEP ON WRITING ON!
