It is indeed an excellent poem. It is a poem about an insomnia patient. An insomnia patient can not sleep even in the night-time. So, genuine and unreal thoughts come into their minds all night. That is a very tragic experience. The poet efficiently picturizes these sad scenes.
It is a brilliant performance.
