Hallo!
This one showed up on Read and Review.
I interpret this as a metaphor for a mental health issue - most likely depression, and how people fight their way out of this. The verse structure and words used work well to bring out what you are trying to convey. The imagery is evoked in great detail, along with the emotions that go with it.

I found no technical errors. My suggestion would be to pick two more genres, to give the poem more exposure on site.
