You do not need an upgrade for those. I noticed you rated the intro as Non-E, but I think E is fine. There is nothing in the title or intro that is graphic. Same for the item content rating. You chose 18+, but at this point in time, 13+ would be enough. Maybe even ASR. There is nothing in the text that makes it a higher rating.
