What does hoovsie think about while perusing your item?

I thought about all that you have faced and overcome in the past. It is good to review and to know that you have the resiliency to move forward because of what you have endured.

*Noter*At the beginning of this, you are supposed to start with "Dear Me" instead of "Dear Girl in the Mirror." That meant disqualification, so be sure in the future that you read the rules closely.

Don't feel bad, though, or alone. In the past I said "Dear HOOves" instead of "Dear Me" in my entry and was disqualified.

I still wanted to send you a review and let you know why that happened.

*Cool**Idea*

My criteria for judging Dear Me letters is about what I find memorable and interesting. It may not agree with anyone else's judgment. I also look for omething that touches me personally.

That is to give you an idea of where I'm coming from in the whole judging realm.

No expert on keeping my own New Year's Resolutions, I didn't even try to think of any this year. So, I'm also looking to be inspired with my own plans for the year.

Your experiences and documentation of them show a lot of courage. That will serve you well going forward this year and beyond.

What does hooves moo and applaud about while reading your item?

This part stays with me:

"These past years knocked you down but did not knock you out." We all have that and it's how we carry on that defines us, those of us who survive things.
