I chose your poem because the title got my attention and with the mention of 'bipolar' in the intro, I felt this would be something I could relate to.

I liked the phrase you used to describe the racing thoughts: Racing thoughts play bumper cars in my head.. That is a good description; there are days the racing thoughts give the illusion of a NASCAR race, but there are those days that the thoughts just mindlessly crash into each other.

You did a good job capturing some of the high and lows, your poem is accurate and relatable.
