First Impressions: Hi there, and thank you for allowing me to read and review you item entitled: "Strangers" Open in new Window.. Granted, there is a wealth of expressive poetry on WDC, and this poem is no exception. We find ourselves kind of wondering more and more about this poem's focus: yes, we find plenty of 'strangers" here that, in other words, we locate on the internet, and yet over time find ourselves falling deeper and deeper into a kind of trust within their worlds as well.

Truth be told, there is a limit online that one can reach with a person, whereby we share all our secrets with someone, and in due time, perhaps there is a point where secrets no longer hold down the proverbial fort?

Life can certainly be like that....




Overall Impact: There was a compelling litany of pain, of hurt, of the things that Life offers up to us, for those of us who feel that the world sometimes has turned a cold, cold shoulder to us, all in all....



Errors: Some errors here. Some with grammar, some with spelling. Part of these mistakes can be alleviated with spellchecker. Other problems will be resolved with practice, with time.



Summation: A very good read, a very compelling poem, written from the heart. I see a lot of talent in this author, and I hope that they will continue to write with all their powers of expression!
