First Impressions: Hello and thank you for allowing me to read and review your poem entitled: "Pain of the Heart" . I must agree with this poem, for it is a great Truth in this world - that pain is everywhere, literally so, and because of it, there is so much on this planet that we might, if we would only stop and think, to change it one tiny bit at a time...

All in all, it certainly is easier said than done.



Overall Impact: How many poems have I read that were just like this, carrying this theme over into poetry? Too many, for it is a conviction of the human past, the human record. We can do so much better!



Errors: Yes - in one line:

"That we live with in this day in age"

I think would be best expressed as.....

" That we live with in this day AND age"



Summation: A good poem by a newbie here on writing.com. I look forward to reading more from this author, who certainly speaks for the entire world when writing these themes that have resonance within the "human condition".
