Hello!

I am reviewing you poem for my Rising Star's M2M review.

Note: please keep in mind that everything posted here is my opinion. Any stylistic suggestions that I give should be taken with a grain of salt.

*Key* Emotional Impact:

I thought this was quite cute! I found it whimsical and enjoyable.

*Key* Form/Style:

You have a unique style. It was easy to follow and enjoyable. I especially like some the instances of alliteration used (i.e. whizzing and whirring) and your word play was fun. I could imagine the curious critters becoming a part of the tree's life.

*Key* Voice and Imagery:

You provided living images, the bustle of the creatures that called the tree home. I could easily see it in my mind's eye.

*Key* Mechanics:

I didn't catch anything

*Key* Suggestions:

I really don't have any suggestions. Your poem comes full circle, follows the tree from twig to large, strapping tree (giggle). I think you had a good mind for you audience and that you have accomplished this goal with your poem.
